The company was granted authority to operate Private Express and Messengerial Delivery Services by the Postal Regulation Board of the Department of Transportation and Communication on October 15, 1998. Starting out as a licensed courier and messengerial enterprise under a single proprietorship, the company has since then been incorporated (July 29, 2002) in order to attain a solid and strong financial position in a highly competitive and expanding industry.
